Manto Sipi Cree Nation Prevention Building and Garage

The purpose of this project is to facilitate the construction of a CFS Prevention Center in the community of Manto Sipi Cree Nation. Infrastructure: Graded lots, drainage, driveway and parking lot construction, overhead powerlines, water and sewer services. Activities: Clearing and grubbing, environmental site assessment, lot grading and drainage, driveway and parking lot construction, and lot development.

August 18, 2024 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
