Allison Bay Subdivision Earthworks

The proposed subdivision development will consist of constructing approximately 46 residential lots, including underground utility installation, site roadways with associated ditching, and comprehensive lot grading. The site is located approximately 500 meters west of the existing Allison Bay subdivision, and construction of the proposed subdivision roadways will also provide a secondary access point to the Allison Bay subdivision. The majority of the site has been previously cleared as a fire break in 2023, an additional 6 ha will be cleared for construction of roads, connecting existing tie-ins for water, sewer and power and lot grading. Housing construction will be completed separately in the future.
