La Loche Hotel

La Loche Hotel GP Ltd. is developing a fur-story, 60-room hotel in La Loche, Saskatchewan, a strategically located community with growing demand for high-quality accommodations. The hotel will be partially Indigenous-owned. The facility will include modern guest rooms, a conference center, restaurant, fitness room, and an indoor pool with a waterslide. The project footprint will be approximately 48, 400 square feet including the hotel building and the onsite guest parking lot.

Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination  and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
