Missinipe Harbour is located on the West side of Otter Lake, approximately 317 km North of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The harbour is under the administration of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) Small Craft Harbours Branch (SCH).
Small Craft Harbours is proposing to undertake the reconstruction of the timber wharf at the Missinipe Harbour. The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing timber wharf, and the construction of a new L-shaped timber crib wharf including new timber wheel-guards and steel bollards.
Latest update
August 11, 2021 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
